Philip is a sports enthusiast (or fanatic?) to put it lightly. This 13x West University Little League All Star has been involved in athletics since age 5. You can find him on the baseball diamond, catching a quick game of basketball, playing a casual 18 at a local course, or riding down the slopes during the winter months.

Philip studied medicine for 2 years at Western University of Health Sciences in Southern California before turning his interests to Zeus where he has worked with Founder Steven Kaufman since July 2016. Philip has a BS in Biology, a BA in Economics along with a certificate in Corporate Entrepreneurship from the esteemed Bauer School of Business at The University of Houston. Philip wants to use his experience in medicine and business savvy to bring the right balance of competitiveness and intuitiveness to the Tribe.

Philip is no stranger to sports rehabilitation, in July 2007, Philip underwent Ulnar Collateral Ligament Reconstruction Surgery (Tommy John) on his right elbow, and in May 2013, Philip started therapy for two herniated discs in his lumbar spine. In order for Philip to continue participating in competitive athletics, he since has focused his athletic training toward cardio and HIIT workouts.

Philip is highly passionate about the Astros, Texans, Rockets, and Longhorns, is a huge foodie, and loves to travel.
